All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Standard 3-5 business days via USPS
Standard orders: Free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00pm CST, depending on product availability.
2 Day 2*3 business days via FedEx

2nd Day orders: (Cost depending on customer location) Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received b 2:00 pm CST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day, 2nd day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight 1-2 business days via FedEx

Overnight Orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if the order is received by 2:00 pm CST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
International orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if the order is received by 2:00 pm CST, depending on product availability. Orders received 2:00 pm will be processed on the next business day, International orders cannot be expedited.
All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by Lashes Galore.
Order total amount is in US Dollars and international customer may have to pay exchange rate difference and custom fees.

We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. Lashes Galore is no responsible for lost or stolen packages.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Overnight and 2 Day Shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your shipment of your order, you may contact our Customer Service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We make every effort to try ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one your selected items is out of stock. You will be full refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.
To serve you better, Galore Beauty will process your order immediately after you click the “submit order” button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.
We want to be satisfied with your Lashes Galore purchase. If in the unlikely event there is a manufacture defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange After 30 days the product is nonrefundable.
If you wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Bella Lash is not responsible for these types or return shipment fees.

Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time the items are received at the warehouse.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued.
